Mcdonalds Oxford Street

I have been disappointed with my last two visits to this restaurant because my Big Mac only had one patty. The first time could have been a mistake, but the second time was unacceptable. I was too hungry to wait in line again. And as for calling it "big," it's more like a shrunken Mac.

I placed an order for food, waited for an hour, only to have it cancelled without any explanation. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I will not be ordering from here again. It's unfortunate that I didn't read the terrible reviews before placing my order.

Same the world over. My hot chocolate was ready quickly. Staff nonchalant when they spoke. The transaction was all it was expected to be.

After arriving in London and walking down Oxford Street we wanted a drink. Being confronted by machines looked daunting. A lovely young lady came across and helped us order. She then went and fetched our order for us, this service went above and beyond anything we would have imagined in a fast food cafe. Even the lady cleaning the tables was brill. Thanks for making two weary oldies feel special

It was terrible the food was mouldy and the staff were very rude and they threw food at me and told me to f off how rude would not recommend
