Renowned for its 24-hour accessibility, the restaurant often faces long lines and disorganized service. Many patrons have voiced their frustration over incorrect orders, slow staff response, and the lack of seating, rendering the dining experience less than optimal. However, a contrasting narrative emerges from a nearby establishment, where friendly staff and delicious food have won over visitors. Despite mixed experiences, the quest for quality service and pleasant dining remains a challenge for customers navigating these popular fast-food venues.
This restaurant experience was a disaster. The employees were shouting over a loud, distorted microphone, making it impossible to hear. The order numbers were not clear and the food was cold and tasteless.
Absolutely appalling. This is now the THIRD time I have left the building without the food I have paid for. Staff slow and unfriendly. Unfortunately now Burger King has gone this is the only place to get food, when you don’t have to wait over fifteen minutes! Once again asked for a manager to get a refund and the team member just looked at me and then disappeared. This place should be closed down-McDonalds should be ashamed of this outlet. Never again.
I work in the area sometimes but never really come here. Spending loads on coffee when apparently McD charge way less, I thought to give it a go. This branch is super busy always given location. Open 24 hours and chaotic whenever I walk past. They removed the seating so mainly take away and some seats outside which are always full and filthy. Automated ordering system and then collect at the counter. I ordered via the app but not sure why I bothered. All I wanted was a coffee. Massive line when I got there. Loads of people waiting. The issue is that their not short staffed but just don't work together. Loads of them but they all appear to be working separately and not communicating. My coffee was not showing on the order so I asked one girl who was nice and as it was only a coffee, she just quickly made it for me or I could see me being there for ages. Very sweet. Reasonably clean. Coffee was not too bad. Not sure if it is worth the hassle to save some money!
Not this one. The service is slow and surly, they are so busy you will have to wait and it’s not Fast Food. Worst of all they pre pour drinks and ice cream so save time meaning you get Luke warm lattes, melted ice and worst of all McFlurry becomes McSlurry. Avoid unless you are starving!
Despite the quick service provided by the automated system, I was let down by what I found in my bag. My Big Mac was a mess and would have been better if it had been placed in a box. Additionally, I ordered nuggets, which are always improved with a dip, but the dip was not included in the bag. While I appreciate the efficiency, I can't help but feel that the staff are simply assembling orders according to a standard formula and not paying attention to specific requests. It seems like a simple task, but unfortunately, it was not executed properly by this team. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.
