Patrons have reported missing items and long waits, leading to frustration, especially for those with specific cravings. There are concerns about food quality, with some suggesting potential issues with expiration dates. Despite these challenges, speedy delivery through services like Uber Eats offers a silver lining. Overall, while this McDonald's provides familiar fast food fare, consistency in service and order accuracy remains an area for improvement.
On Friday, September 1st, 2023, at 10:30pm, I had the worst experience at this McDonald's branch. My brother and I both became sick with skin itching after eating there. It was a terrible experience, likely due to a food allergy caused by them selling out-of-date food.
This McDonald's is the worst in London! They consistently forget items, serve cold and stale food, and the drive-thru service is terrible. The wait for food is ridiculously long.
Worst mc d’s ever. Every time something missing, but today they have won everything, 4 items missing from 9 ordered, half of my order just dissapeared. Ok they will return the money, but I also paid for the delivery and now what do i need to order again and pay again? and why should I explain to the children that idiots work there and they won't get what they want
Saltiest burgers I’ve ever tasted. Not sure where this franchise is sourcing their products. Horrible. And very oily. Their milkshakes are way too sweet also.
