Mcdonald's - City of London,Westminster

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant branch. The staff were trying to scam customers. I placed a large order through the app for collection and paid for it, but when I went to pick it up, the male manager claimed that no order had been received. He insisted that I pay again to receive my order, even though I had proof that the money had been taken from my account. After some back and forth, another staff member stepped in and finally gave me my order without any further hassle. The service was shocking, but thankfully, one helpful staff member saved the day.

This Mc Donald’s is the worse slow the food not fresh, staff lazy and don’t speak well English always do the order wrong , no pickles and they put pickles waste of time and money poor quality food

Was the very first customer this morning. First: they weren’t open at 6:00, which makes a lot of difference when you’re in a hurry like I was. Secondly: NOTHING WAS READY. They opened and no add ons like sugar, sweeteners or anything was ready. Third: no hashbrowns were in the fryer. The manager didn’t seem to care about customer service. The total tables on the table lower ground floor were off limits. What? People usually have the habit to eat seated. We’re not horses to eat standing. Been a customer of this place for some time now! Never had such a bad experience like this one. The whole staff was sleepy. Disappointing service.

Fast service the guy asked if I wanted ketchup or brown sauce in my bacon rolls I said ketchup then asked for ketchup for my hash brown and he said sorry there's a shortage atm wtf how if you can put it in my roll anyway I got it to my hotel and it was dry as not nice

Picked up two McDonald's double bacon egg McMuffins for me and my lad. Delicious, washed down with a perfect cup of PG Tips. Took 2 minutes from entering to leaving the shop. The grumblers should consider how long it would take THEM to knock up breakfast in a bun. I'd attach a photo but it's all gone : Marvellous!
