we enjoyed this restaurant very much! a bottle of wine and a couple perfectly cooked, melt in mouth, steaks on the top of the covent gardens was ideal. the prices were at the middle/high end, but for the situation, outlook and service level I could not complain. definitiw not as steep as the location near without the roof terrace. absolutely this restaurant would recommend to friends! The Brasserie Blanc chain offers fantastic value for money and consistently delivers delicious meals. While it may not be exceptional or mind-blowing, I have visited three different locations and have always been satisfied and content with my experience. My wife and I had been meaning to visit this restaurant on a few occasions and took the opportunity whilst we were in town for a theatre visit. We viewed a matinee performance and had booked Brasserie Blanc for our evening meal. The starters were with us within 5-10 mins, as my wife had ordered a souffle which is normally a good 20 minute wait the alarm bells started to ring. I had the Thai Samosa that came with a cold tasteless dip. We then both ordered the mouth watering sounding pork belly that left us us both more than just a little disappointed. Without wanting to sound funny it just tasted of pork no seasoning or flavors very bland. The cracking was again pardon the expression was fatty as in cooked properly. The Restaurant itself was noisy (Not the restaurants fault per say but.... Over all it was a really disappointing experience from sitting down to leaving took just under an hour, I think I have sat in fast food restaurants longer!!! I will not be going back nor recommending this restaurant to friends or family
Where do I even start?? The too good food? The amazing drinks? Or the very professional and attentive waiter? Went with two vegans and one gluten intolerant. No problem! This place had something for all of us and they had no qualms about making small adjustments to meet our needs. The strawberry mojito is perfection.
Great option, quiet and very nice place, just near tower of london, so convenient just after our visit. Menu for kids and sunday roast for us!!! Reasonable prices. Nice staff.
I had a fantastic meal with a friend, enjoying three delicious courses. The menu offered a great selection of tasty dishes that were all beautifully presented.
The food is amazing here and there is nothing I can fault, everything is delicous from start to finish. Busy restaurant with a buzzing atmosphere. Great before a night out or even if you want to head over to the bar area after for a more chilled evening. Only downfalls are the overpriced mojitos with more ice than liquid and that giant step that must have injured a few in their day. All in all would still recommend. Great venue.
