Having regularly tasted freshly made Jalebi in Manchester for years, it was worth seeing what Southall had to offer and Jalebi Junction was recommended.The Jalebi's are in both yellow and orange colour although it makes no difference in taste. However where in Manchester we would devour the box in minutes, here it was just OK and we left it there. The taste was not quiet to our liking. View all feedback.
What Aaf van Dijk doesn't like about Jalebi Junction:
The staff are so rude I am not sure why this place is still open. They deliberately locked the toilets, there is no baby changing facilities my 1-year-old niece needed to have a nappy change and there were no facilities. The staff do not talk to you when you order, they don't even look at you. There is a chap with glasses, and he is soo rude it is unbelievable. You stand there for ages and they don't even serve you.... View all feedback.
We popped into here for some lunch, myself and hubby, we placed our order at the till and then sat down. My husband could see the front of the shop and his facial expression changed to pure disgust. I asked him what happened and he said he had just witnessed them microwaving the samosas that we had ordered and also a cup of masala tea that we ordered too. He got up to check and it was our order. Honestly, microwaving a cup of tea!!! We left without eating!!
Had a dreadful dining experience with our family at this filthy restaurant. The staff is nasty and dishonest, and the owner was just as harsh. In addition, the restaurant's toilet was closed and staff giving various excuses, but it is clear from previous reviews that toilets are always closed. Never recommend visiting there. Horrible restaurant.
Poor and slow service. Went for halwa puri and was told by one member of staff it's not on the menu and he walked off. Finally placed an order with another member of staff, order came and was told I didn't order halwa.
When making jalebis outside the shop thats when to go. Fresh and hot and unbeatable. Avoid going inside and buying as not as fresh
Located In southall in London it the go to place for Asian sweets specially Jalebis and GolgappasThe place service levels can vary between average to good but food is Good
