There is no shortage of burger joints in London. GBK offers consistent quality at affordable prices. You won’t be writing home about the experience but you won’t be disappointed either!We ate at the Waterloo Rd location and the staff were friendly and polite. You can order and pay on your phone which is a great feature, I hate waiting for the bill!Watch out for the skinny fries… they are ridiculously skinny and not in a good way!

Both my wife and I visited GBK at Shepherd’s Bush Westfield today where we were served by their manager Ricky. I just had to leave a review to say that the service was spectacular in every way from the human element right down to the quality of the food. One bacon cheeseburger, a grilled chicken burger and two pints of Brooklyn Lager... I felt like I was in New York in every way. If those that own this restaurant read these reviews, I hope that their manager is being looked after. Thanks Ricky! You’re a star!

Although the menu clearly listed Lemonade as a drink option, I was served Sprite instead. Despite explaining the confusion between Lemonade and Sprite in British terminology, the server argued with me and insisted they did not have Lemonade or other options like Fanta. Additionally, I specifically requested no relish on my burger, but still had to remove the unwanted sauce myself. To top it off, a service fee was added to the bill despite the lack of satisfactory service. I recommend exploring other food options in Westfield as there are many better choices available.

My fiancée and I went to this restaurant for lunch. The food was excellent and the service was professional. The manager on duty was very helpful, even though it was a busy time. I highly recommend this place.

My partner and I went to this restaurant for dinner while we were in the area. We received a friendly welcome and the staff were nice and accommodating. The establishment was clean and tidy. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because we ordered starters but they all came out at the same time instead of being served as starters, as we had requested. The waiter did ask if we wanted everything together because the chef had cooked it all at the same time, or separately, but we could see the food sitting under heat lamps so we decided to have it all together to avoid it getting cold. Apart from that small issue, it is definitely worth a visit.
