It was years ago, but I didn't forget it. When I came to pay, they saw that I was strange, so they cheated on me. they pretended my payment didn't come through, I asked for the entry to check this fact, but oh what. a coincidence that there was no paper left in the machine. because I wouldn't pay without evidence, they said they were going to make the payment, and after a long time they said that my payment was missing. I only realized a second time when I accused my bank that both paiement have passed through. I often called them and sent many emails with proof and every time they said they regret that they were, but they never paid back. that proves its dishonestness. run away!
I've eaten a fast lunch and that's it. we ordered fish and chips (ked) and softdrinks. drinks came in a glass of a bottle poured, they were flat and clear opened before a day or so. to my shame, the broken cadjau had the hole skin on it? I highlighted this and was told that this is normal practice and people love it. I'm sorry that I can be wrong, but I've never heard of it or experienced it before. disgusting and unusable. partner fish was worse, it was dry, not flaking, but had to tear it up in lumps and again the skin still on. they complained and was replaced by a sausage. the older man behind the counter-cooking began to raise me and stared at angry wise, when the food returned, I'm sorry from glassgow and this behavior is not the way of being with a complaining scotsman. a look back that quickly resolved. for a bowl with muddy heaps? that's really not acceptable. the restaurant as a whole was dirty, small and crampy and not the most pleasant staff. toilet was down flooring in a small cramped dirty room in the cellar with a non-working hand dryer, no hot water and no soap. in consideration of the virus that float around now, I found this particularly bad hygiene services offered. I asked for the bill so that we could leave this tipp and was shocked to see a service fee added in the bill, I asked to remove this. that was just an insult to add this based on all above. because I robbed myself. a visit to the food standards agency is what this place never needs again, please people this review could not be real anymore. avoid this place and spend their hard earned money elsewhere. many other good locals.
Looks good on the outside, but do not eat fresh tastes bad not very clean avoid toilets disgusting was not sure whether we made it just on the stairs or wait until they reach a toilet! for being on a large tourist site at the leicester square. it is a scandal that should have just gone to mac donald
We visited this cafe early evening on a Saturday. The place was quite busy, we ordered cod and chips, which was served quickly, however, the food was very bland and we had to put loads of salt and vinegar on it all to make it...taste of anything. They charge a set service charge for orders over but we refused to pay it, they were a little funny about it, but eventually agreed although they never asked us why. I would not recommend going here
