I sent my meal back when the kartoffel was hard, it took a while until the new one came back, which my family had almost finished their meal. it came the kartoffel was again hard! I had waited so long that I didn't want them to try to send it back, I told the waiter again he told the cook again, but nothing happened. I have paid the kartoffel on my teller £24 for it! the waiter didn't seem disturbed, I hate complaining, very disappointed.

The personal was beautiful and made a fuss of our disabled sister, the birthday it was. the food was brought quickly and was delicious and plentiful.

It left a very bitter taste in my mouth when they sent us out the bill and had added a 12.5% service charge ontop of it, taking away the right for us to chose how much tip (if any we would like to leave on reflection of our experience (what a tip is actually for! She also didn't bother to do the maths when I split the bill with cash and card, and instead of asking me if I was happy to pay an additional 29p because she couldn't work out how much to put on the card machine, she silently passed me the machine charging this extra money because she clearly couldn't be bothered to work it out. No one said goodbye to us when we left the restaurant, despite walking past several waiters and my son saying thank you and goodbye to them. We won't be back. Oh and also kids eat free? Yep, only on their main meal (mini pizza our end . You have to pay for their dessert and drink.
