Divine freshly made sandwiches as you wait. Small cafe and very popular at lunch time! I can see why I tried a turkey and Brie toasted option and it was divine!! Well worth the £4.20! Friendly staff and service was quick! Would def recommend def go back again. View all feedback.
What Afctripod doesn't like about Brunel The Sandwich Shop:
The Brunel sandwich shop is on The Strand directly opposite the High Court. It's ok, a very small shop that makes food to order, my favourite is chicken escalopes with salad. Staff are friendly but coffee is pretty ropey and there's not a massive choice. Prices are reasonable to be fair. Tony's Tips. You can never get a till receipt Just across the road are public toilets. View all feedback.
What a wonderful sandwich place. I came by when I came by. one of these small gems. fresh and tasty. I also liked her canoli. also the people behind the counter are friendly. recommend when they are around and get hungry.
On the way to the Maughan library, it was always past this place, determined to dip today for a light lunch. happy to say that I will return very soon! I ordered nr. 4, which was a pressed panini with mortadella, mozzarella, oliven and rocket. the ingredients were fresh and composed very well. with some salt and pfeffer it would have become even better. the staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I came in. for £6.50 this is a good value for money when considering that it is in beach.
Chicken club deluxe and the best bacon cranberry are two large sandwiches
This is the best! huge sandwiches, generous fresh filling, great staff. so reliable, friendly staff. they must try their famous chicken trip!
Recommended to me when I was looking for someone to provide a simple lunch for 15 people: beautiful fresh sandwiches, mini-kebabs, sausage rolls, cake, etc all beautifully set out, and at a fantastic price for central London. I can see why they're so popular.
