Bake Cake - City of London,Westminster

Awful place with an even worse female staff who decided to make fun of me in her language and the guy near her did not even stop her despite buying several cakes, as I always did. I also remembered the several articles in the media about the Westminster council inspections and what the staff told the inspectors when they found 'brown stuff on the floor ' 'is chocolate vermicelli ' the staff said!!! I wonder if the staff would eat the mice vermicelli themselves? I will never forget this. Run away. Do not put up with rude staff and buy items you never know what the next inspection is going to find about them.

I visited a contemporary café that offers a variety of cakes, from single slices to custom celebration cakes, as well as decorations available for purchase. The coffee and juice drinks were both enjoyable. The cakes appeared scrumptious, although unfortunately, I was not able to sample any.

We stopped by this restaurant before getting back on the highway home. We tried the delicious cheesecake and the pretty good caramel coffee cake. We also ordered a juice which was also very tasty. The prices were reasonable and the restaurant was very clean, including the spotless toilets. The service was a bit moody, but not rude, so we gave it a 4 out of 5. They had a huge variety of desserts that were all yummy based on our experience.

Has nobody noticed this restaurant is nowhere near Orpington? All three branches are in North London some 13 miles from Orpington!

I ordered a cake with a guarantee to be made the next day. The order was placed at the Kilburn branch, but when I arrived to collect it, they had no knowledge of the cake I had ordered. They suggested it might be at the Edgware Road branch, where it was indeed located. However, I was unaware of the existence of another branch, which I found to be unacceptable. Additionally, I had to pay a deposit in advance. I called and placed my order at the Kilburn branch, so it made no sense for it to be at a different location. The communication was very poor, the service was lacking, and it caused a great inconvenience for the surprise plan I had in place. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this establishment.
