We came here to celebrate my daughters 25th birthday, we had a brilliant night. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, you're made welcome as soon as you step through the door. The food was top whack! Soft shell crab, spaghetti and meatballs, beef brisket, spatchcock chicken all spot on. The chocolate pot design rt was an artery closer, mmmmm! The cookie and ice cream sandwich was larger than expected (no complaints... View all feedback.
Five of us called in while in London nearby for a business lunch. Very different as you have to do down into an underground area. The decor is modern but with an industrial/classic feel. I am not a fan of pizza but we all ordered pizza as recommended by one of our group and I am glad we did as it was very good as far as pizza goes. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for somewhere interesting and quirky. The only down side was it was a bit pricey but I suppose we were in London!
There were 6 of us here in the day for part of a hen do. We had plenty of drinks and the food was fabulous! Will definitely visit again.
Love Covent Garden! All the great fashion and make up stores in one place. Lots of Nice places to eat. The street artists give the place so much flair.
When we finally found it we were totally unsure of where we were meant to go for food and staff were whizzing in and out of a door which was the kitchen and no one asked if we were ok, when we were finally told abruptly that it's down the stars (in the tiny kitchen area) we were shown to a table and which my partner was glad it was happy hour on the cocktails still! We ordered our food and it was really nice! And for the price completely spot on! Couldn't fault the food! However the one thing we were disgruntled by was the 12.5% added on for a tip, I don't feel we got the personal service to add on a 10 pound tip at all!! And not only that because the bill came after happy hour we were charged full price. As we felt we were being a lead on a little to take our money as much as possible and as quick as possible we didn't stay for another drink as first planned when we chose to eat there. We were in a awkward spot where people were knocking our chairs to get past and standing right next to table having conversations. So this put a damper on the evening and chose else where to drink and continue our evening! But I will emphasise that if you are going out a good food then I really can't fault the place.
We visited this restaurant for lunch prior to going a matinee at the theatre. Very good service and wonderful pizzas. Highly recommended
