I love this place it's authentic and not bad pricing either. I am regularly one of the only Anglo guys here it's chock full of people speaking their mother tongue enjoying the food they grew up with. The fresh Roti and Naan breads are hand made right in front of you and a treat! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rich Maha Restaurant:
I really like Indian food, but this restaurant has disappointed me. I chose a lunchtime special from the sign on the counter and the waitress was nonplussed. Someone had to explain it to her. The prices looked really attractive, but the serves were small, with watery vegetarian curries and the meat one was all fat. The photo posted misrepresent what I received. The waitress brought my food, but I had to go looking fo... View all feedback.
Group of 40 to get together. Great food, great ambience. Great service. BYO. Very reasonable. Cost $40 per head with almost 10 dishes for duck and net. Also vegetarian and vegan options. Plenty of food. We packed everything back and bought food for the family.
Our favorite hijacker restaurant really went backwards since the change of property. It lost the authentic spices that were previously used, also the dining area next to the door was closed by the change. Unfortunately we don't come back and have to look for a new smell.
I was surprised to find that Roti Canai was served on plastic plates and eaten with plastic forks, with the curry in small plastic containers. The portion size was smaller than previous visits, which was disappointing and affected my appetite. The roti canai was lukewarm to the touch, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was small and quiet.
We absolutely loved the delicious Malaysian, Sri Lankan, and Indian food at this restaurant. The variety of options was impressive, and the freshly made Roti Chanai, Dosa, Thosai, Noodles, and teh tarik were all delightful. It felt like we were eating homemade meals prepared with love. Highly recommend!
When a restaurant boasts Indian, Sri Lankan, Malaysion and Singaporean meals you would be forgiven for being sceptical but we gave it a try and loved it. Placing the order by phone was easy. We ordered Onion Bhaji, Malaysian Curry Puffs (2 chicken and 2...beef), Pakoras, Beef Vindaloo, Fish Curry and special fried rice. The meal was ready for pick up on time but delivery is also available. The Bhaji were tasty and juicy, the curry puffs were perfect the pakoras were a bit overcooked but still tasty. My very tasty vindaloo was full of large chunks of beef. The chilli level was quite low but you don 't really know what to ask for first time net time i might ask for extra heat. The special fried rice had large prawns in it and added another dimension to the Vindaloo. The fish curry had large pieces of fish and nice according to my wife. The serves were big so big we are eating leftovers for lunch so we got 2 meals for the price of 1. This may have been the first time we have tried Rich Mahal but it won 't be the last well done folks.
