Thai food craving is fixed. Not really the same owner as the one in hollywood. But service is great and very helpful. The place had lots of parking, clean restrooms and lots of tables. Good for groups. View all feedback.
Man, it is the best Thai in town. try papaya salad and tom yum kuon soup. it is is the same owner as the one in Hollywood. I recommend highly
Great food, good lunch deals and friendly service. I recommend the tom kha chicken soup with rice, was very tasty when I had it.
Order the pad kee mow immediately! You will not regret it! No SERIOUSLY the carne. Is immaculate.
First, I had the Thai Issan sausage, an appetizer featuring delicious Northern-style sausages served with peanuts, ginger, and Thai chili. The sausage was infused with rice, similar to Korean blood sausage, and the meat was tender and packed with flavor. Eating it with peanuts and a slice of Thai chili pepper was absolutely superb. Next, I tried a half order of BBQ Thai chicken, which I believe is called Gai Yang. It came with a sweet sauce that I didn't use because the meat was wonderfully seasoned on its own. I did notice that the chicken breast can dry out if it cools down, so I recommend eating the white meat first to ensure it stays juicy. Lastly, I ordered Larb with beef, which is essentially a Thai meat salad made with toasted sticky rice powder (khao khua). This was the dish I was most excited about, and I paired it with an order of steamed sticky rice ($1.50). It was amazing, though the portion felt a bit small; overall, it was very flavorful. My friends also ordered yellow curry and pad Thai. One friend mentioned that the curry was too flavorful, overpowering the other dishes I had ordered. The other friend tried the pad Thai and thought it was pretty good. Personally, I've often found pad Thai too sweet, but Ruen Pair managed to balance the sweet and savory flavors beautifully. The service here is consistently good, and although the food is slightly pricier compared to other Asian options, the convenience of avoiding LA traffic for an authentic experience makes it worthwhile. We are truly fortunate to have such a fantastic restaurant in the 626 area.
My cravings for Thai food have been satisfied! The owner isn't the same as the one in Hollywood, but the service here is excellent and very accommodating. The restaurant has plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and a variety of tables, making it a great choice for groups.
