Absolutely horrible service! They do not offer patio seating unless they can convince a server to wait on tables on the patio! Three people at the host station couldn't collectively figure out how to seat our party of on the patio even though there were other people already dining on the patio. There were many empty tables inside, as well. They are so concerned with making their servers happy that they don't care at all about pleasing their customers. Fortunately, we found another steakhouse in chino... Tahoe steak house was fantastic. Thank you, Outback, for being so terrible that you forced us to find a better place that values their customers
