Why have I waited so long to try this place. That is the only disappointment. So for uniqueness let's start with the other patrons. Everyone hanging out here is so nice. Offering suggestions, saying hi, and having a good time. Fun place. Very friendly. The decor was fun and party like. If I was younger I would have got up to dance but I worked all day and was happy to bounce in my seat. The staff was very attentive. Wanted to know about us first. Is it our first time here? Are we from the area? Then due to new management, then asked if throughout the night we had any requests, feedback or suggestions to please let them know. Our server Michael was awesome. When I asked for his recommendation for wings he was spot on. I was a little hesitant about the food. I love southern food. So how is a resturant in Glen Cove going to do ribs and collard greens and keep me happy? The ribs fell off the bone. The sauce was perfectly sweet and charred. The mashed potatoes must have been made with a ricer or through a cheese cloth. The chicken was perfect. Crispy and juicy. My son loved the salmon. But the Plantains were the best I ever had. Hookah available which I don't partake in but the bar was great. If you haven't been here, get here.

Good food, great atmosphere, friendly staff, will definitely make this my go to place when in town

Love the atmosphere. The live band was excellent and added a fun vibe. Food was delicious. I will absolutely go back.

The ribs were smoking. They could have been a little more generous with the salad dressing, but that's a a critique not a complaint.
