Frankenmuth Brewery

The moment I saw the river view wedding venue at Frankenmuth brewery I just knew that was the spot my now husband and I would get married at. And it was even more beautiful than we could have even imagined. Karen was so awesome at helping us plan our most special day and Lexie was the absolute best day of coordinator. The day was absolutely flawless and we got so much awesome feedback from guests on the food and entire day. Thank you again Karen and Lexie and your entire staff and venue for hosting our special day, I would relive it over and over again if we could!

So disappointing that they aren't open mid week during the summer. Was really looking forward to coming here! The streets were crowded, so lots of lost business!

Was at this establishment on Sunday, 8/4/24, a very horrible experience, after seeing so many good reviews, can't believe the things that happened. Checked in at front desk and was told 35 minute wait because they were short staffed and we had a bigger party, 50 minutes we were finally seated, as we were getting seated, they started telling us about all these items on the menu not available or that they ran out of. There was also plenty available tables. We ordered drinks, asked waiter everything that was not available, he takes our order and comes back to say the had now run out of kids meal pizza and chicken tenders. We stayed but how does a restaurant at 6:30 pm on a weekend run out of that much food. Food was just OK, waiter was decent and apologized. We asked if they would give us sodas free for all our troubles and they didn't even accommodate that. When we finished and left, there was a sign on the door that they were no longer seating anyone. they probably should have posted that sign long before then. Disappointing experience and can't say I have ever experienced anything like this at any restaurant. Would not recommend and won't be back.

Bad service. There Sunday 7/28 with a group. Half of the menu was unavailable. Waited hour and a half for food. Spoke to the manager about the delay. Was asked what am I supposed to do . Like she wasn 't the manager. Tables that were seated after us got food first. Had to ask for drink refills and water. Food came out one person at a time. Did not get to eat food together. Food was cold. Server was nice but the manager was disrespectful, dismissive and rude. Got no apology when complain.

Great food. Awesome atmosphere. Beautiful view from the deck. Great beer.
