The manager we encountered today was very loud and obnoxious. He mistakenly called for the next customer when it was actually just a coworker of mine, which was quite confusing. When we weren’t ready to order, he impatiently called for us three more times in rapid succession. Once we finally ordered and received our food, we noticed that the meal was not satisfactory for either of us. Additionally, we overheard him speaking loudly to a young male employee, which was unprofessional. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to poor management. I would recommend going to the grill place behind or Taco Bell instead, where the staff seems more interested in providing good service.
