What M G doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Dropping rating from 4 to 3 stars. Coffee and baked goods are still okay. Seems like every other breakfast sandwich I get has egg shells cooked in to it. I wouldn't mind waiting a minute longer for them to crack an egg and cook it properly without shells being in there. Its not that hard. I'm not impressed with how fast they can give me my food if I'm just going to be disappointed eating it. View all feedback.

This Tim Hortons is awful!! I ordered my meal and everything was fine with that. I was told my total was $10.95. Okay cool. Then, I drive to the pick up window and waited for a while. Finally, Sally, who seemed to be the manager, opened the window and told me $11 and some change… I was told a different total, I paid the total that Sally told me and was frustrated about it. Sally was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant and said “well, she didn’t charge you for the whip cream.” Then I was trying to tell Sally that it was frustrating to be told two different totals. SHE IGNORED ME!! She had no eye contact during the whole interaction and she was on a phone!!! If she is a manager this is not how managers should be treating customers, especially with a frustration. At the very least she should be a team member. This is appalling and unacceptable! I am a manager and I would have just given the guest the whip cream, especially since the guest was already told a total. There is food variance for that specific reason. Thank you. I won’t come back because of Sally.
