Wendy's - City of Batavia

Very helpful shift manager on Monday night when my mobile order for baked potatoes went awry because their cooker was broken. She comped the fries and frosty, so I returned Tuesday evening and successfully ordered the potatoes. I will continue as a loyal customer.Vegetarian options: Baked potato

It’s not very often you go to a place and get great service early in the morning but this is not the case here. This is definitely the best Wendy’s I’ve ever personally been to both food quality and freshness wise and service wise. The lady who greets you when you pull up is half the reason Wendy’s is where I get my breakfast. Give Michal the biggest raise.

Service was quick and polite, food was piping hot. Nice to see a fast food restaurant that still waits on its customers and doesn't just ignore you until you ring your own order in at the kiosk.

This place should be shut down they helped a dasher steel my food telling me my food was never ordered when door dash says it was prepped made and picked up at their store everyone that works here should be fired and sent back to the crack dens they crawled out of!!!!! everyone working from 530-8 oclock tuesday january 23 of 2024 should be fired for steeling and lying about a 100$ order being placed at there store!!!!
