A+ eatery in all regards. I’ve begun bringing my vegetarian teen in regularly for special 1x1 days. I’ve loved every menu item I’ve ordered, as has my teen. The atmosphere is wonderful. The lighting is bright. The dining area is spacious and quiet. This is an excellent place to grab a cup of coffee and have a peaceful moment. And how wonderful that proceeds benefit the theater (scholarships for students). Highly reco... View all feedback.
What EC5 doesn't like about Cafe 108:
Had the Falafel wrap. It’s marked as vegetarian on the board but now comes with plant based tzatziki which makes it vegan. It was tasty, but unfortunately very oily. Not sure if that’s usual or not. They do also have beyond sausage and plant milks on the menu as well as a few other vegan options View all feedback.
This was a wonderful little place in a city where it is difficult to get vegan food. The staff was sweet and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and welcoming the two vegan options that we had were delicious. Only con is that it literally only ZWEI vegan options on the menu. They had a vegan soup special, which was also delicious. But this is the only reason not to give 5 stars.
Auburn is not the vegan friendly city, but this place makes a little dense. Had the Buddha vegan Omelette and the Rhapsody in Blue smoothie both delicious.
The Falafel Wrap Roasted Veggie Wrap was delicious! Falafel were homemade wet. The black beans sweet potatoes in Roasted Veggie Wrap were a perfect match! YUMMM-Mee
Had the Falafel packaging. It is marked as a vegetarian on the board, but now comes with vegetable tzatziki that makes it vegan. It was delicious, but unfortunately very oily. Not sure if it's common or not. You also have about sausage and vegetable milk on the menu as well as some other vegan options
Came here for breakfast because it was the only place open with vegan options. There is only one fully vegan breakfast option an omelette, which is now a waffle..? It's a chickpea flour waffle with tomatoes and vegan cheese. Kind of a strange flavor combo, probably wouldn't get it again. But the coffee was awesome, and they seemed to have at least 2 vegan lunch options.
