Gelato ottimo. Molto particolare il gusto al riso thai cotto a vapore. La filosofia del luogo è 'niente aggiunte ' solo lavorazione di ingredienti selezionati.
Gelato buonissimo, non mi stanca mai. E il miglior pistacchio che abbia mai mangiato!
