The ser... read more I didn’t expect much from the place when I saw it from the road, but we met some campers who insisted we check it out, and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, though the venue is a bit small, and indoor seating is limited, especially if the weather isn’t great. If you can, opt for outdoor seating; I recommend calling ahead to reserve a spot, even if you're just a few minutes away. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, making it a fantastic stop during a road trip. It’s a lovely way to relax and recharge before continuing your journey.

The Hazelnut Latte Milkshake was super delicious! 100% recommend if you're driving that way to stop and have something to eat.

The rooms, although basic are unpretentious and good for a few nights, being pet friendly is very important us. The farm grounds with some welcome wildlife (including springbok) and accessible adjoining vineyards makes for a walkers paradise. The view down to Citrusdal is exceptional.
