Wienerschnitzel - Citrus Heights

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. There was hair in my sandwich, which was completely unacceptable.

Not very helpful during my first visit in a while. I spent $11 that I didn't really have, even though there was a coupon for what I ordered that I wasn't informed about.

Consistent which is tough to do with fast food. Never a line. Always good. Recommendations: Texas bbq dog (bacon wrapped dog with bbq sauce and cheese), junkyard dog (chili cheese with grilled onions and french fries on top), corn dog, any of their icecream treats, lemonades.

Well to be honest, I'm very angry. Wienerschnitzel is I place I love to go. The food is great, but it is Now out of my price range. This is getting ridiculous. Profits for every company out weigh the customers needs, now Wienerschnitzel is charging tomuch for its products. Is this the way of the future. If so I hope Wienerschnitzel and all the rest go bankrupt. I'll make myown chilly dogs. Hormel has a great chilly.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant on July 3rd. While using the restroom, there was a plumbing issue and water sprayed everywhere, soaking my shoes and scaring my daughter. The staff member, Eduardo, was polite but unsure of how to handle the situation. I asked to speak with the manager about replacing my shoes, but was unable to get in touch with them. Eventually, I was able to leave my contact information for the manager to reach out to me. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store and corporate, I did not receive a response until July 11. The owners claimed they had no way to address the issue.
