Pinkberry - Citrus Heights

All staff are friendly, and nice. They lightened up my morning and my whole day is perfect. They have lots of toppings to choose, anything you like is up to you. Ambiance is inviting, feeling like I am just a kid eating an ice cream with full of sweet toppings. They also have a selection of fruit toppings, freshly cut into cubes. You can taste all of them, they are giving a sample cup to taste it before putting it as your toppings. Very clean place and relaxing. I will go back and bring my kids here this week!!

This was my first visit to a Pinkberry, as well as my first experience with frozen yogurt. The flavor is quite comparable to Cold Stone, which is located right next door, and I think both places are excellent. I appreciate that you can get a large with six toppings for just $8. What sets Pinkberry apart from Cold Stone, in my opinion, is that the toppings are reasonably priced here. This encourages customers to add more toppings, leading to more unique and flavorful combinations.

We really enjoy the mango flavor here! The service is friendly, too. However, I have to address a concern related to COVID-19. On August 10th, 2020, between 8:40 PM and 8:50 PM, we had to wait in our car despite a sign on the door indicating that masks are mandatory. During this time, there was a female customer with her mask worn improperly under her nose, and her young children were not wearing masks at all. They were running around in the store and frequently touching the door. I wish the store would enforce its policies more strictly, even though I understand how challenging that can be. I empathize with the employees who have to deal with difficult customers who oppose mask mandates, but it's important to remember that it's your right to protect yourselves and others.

The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate. It's a fantastic spot for enjoying healthy snacks with friends, and the service is excellent.
