I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, as I’m an on-call nurse. Recently, I needed to use the restroom, but they refused me access unless I purchased something first. I understand that they have policies in place, but given my uniform and the urgent situation, it seemed unreasonable. I will not be returning because of this experience. One of our favorite spots! The food is consistently delicious, and the customer service is outstanding and friendly. Plus, there is always ample parking available.
The food was not what I ordered. I received a bean and cheese burrito instead of the beef burrito I wanted. Additionally, everything had a flavor of old, burnt oil. It was quite unpleasant!
They forgot three tacos and two orders of guacamole, which totals around $16.00! I would like a refund!
This is Jimboys. I ask for sauce packets or any sauces they never include in my order.
Love Jimboy's but they forgot hot sauce and cheese on tortillas.
