For those going to see an animatronic show, don't. Earlier this year, Chuck E Cheese ceased all animatronic programming because of the remodels. However, this only affects newer songs, so the animatronics will perform songs already programmed. Never again will I bring my kids to this location. The staff are so ghetto and rude. The customer service is laughable. No thank you after a purchase or smile no bit of courtesy. They just seem to hat their job lives or all View all feedback.
Great place to take your kids for indoor fun, my grandkids love it.
Construction going on while kids are playing. Place has dust all over seats and tables. The construction supply room is completely open and any kid can walk in. Trash cans nowhere to be found and no one cleaning trash that’s on the floor everywhere.

This location has decided to air down the show completely, so no more shows at this location. There is a location in Sacramento with the full band that might be performing if you're in the area.
Clean restaurant, not too crowded for a Saturday. Kids had a blast.
Manager was great and provided excellent customer service. Soooo expensive tho.
