Carl's Jr - Citrus Heights

I ordered two burgers and two onion rings. Unfortunately, the burgers were dry and lacked juiciness (I had the Western Bacon Cheeseburger). However, the onion rings were quite good. The price was on the high side at $26. Overall, it was just an average fast food experience—nothing extraordinary.

If you're planning to use a coupon, I recommend avoiding this restaurant. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but instead of a fillet, I received the tiniest chicken strip imaginable, and the bun was filled to the brim with mayonnaise—more mayonnaise than I've ever seen! I will never go back there; I'll drive right past it in the future. My sandwich went straight into the trash, and now I'm in line at Arby's, having wasted seven dollars. I saved three dollars with the coupon, but they ended up getting their money back by serving me that disappointing chicken strip instead of a proper fillet. The management should be embarrassed; it was basically just a bun with mayonnaise.

The French fries seemed like leftovers, as they were all short pieces rather than whole fries in all three of our orders. I wasn't satisfied with my chicken barbecue sandwich. However, my husband and nephew enjoyed their double Big Carl sandwiches.

Good burgers, good fries, I got a western bacon cheeseburger which is supposed to have onion rings on it but if it did I couldn't tell so they can improve on that for sure. Not as good as the habit burger place but better than any other fast foodBurgers which is why these are the only two I go to
