Di Rubba Franco - Cisterna

The only nice thing about this inn is the scenery. What a shame to run such a beautiful place this way. The beginning: the usual appetizers of cured meats, very small pieces of cheese and vegetables grilled and placed on the plate without salt, oil, oregano, garlic, absolutely nothing. Only dried vegetables. The first courses: tortellini stuffed with black pig on pumpkin cream. The velouté was pumpkin boiled without oil and without salt, only boiled, cold to boot, and on top there were tortellini which I don 't know what had pork in them, but they were full of cream; a vegetarian friend asked for the parcels stuffed with mushrooms, well the usual dish of CREAM arrived, with parcels filled with mushrooms and meat: left (it wasn 't specified on the menu) and asked for tagliatelle with mushrooms. The usual dish of cream arrived. My friend 's gnocchi, however, they forgot and it would have been better not to remember them because they were hard, ugly, required 4 bioketases to digest them. Unsatisfied with the first course, we asked for grilled lamb and sausages. White plates arrived with pieces of meat that were not well cooked, not burnt, but literally charred. I am firmly convinced that the profession of a chef cannot be improvised, therefore my advice to the chef is to change jobs. NEVER AGAIN

I have been to this restaurant several times and I notice a big positive difference compared to a few years ago in terms of speed. The cuisine is of a good standard and the staff is friendly. Nice location, good view when the tables are outside. Good prices. Recommended Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
