What Nikki doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Customer service is a joke. Waited and payed for food. Waited 30 minutes for the order, just to see that they turned the lights off and locked the doors at 8pm. Manager cussed out the employees to lock the doors. Never got our food, even with a paid receipt View all feedback. What Nanette Waller likes about Sonic Drive-in:

The ice cream I got only had candy in the first 1/3 of the cup the rest was all straight ice cream with no candies in it.
