B... read more Get McDonald's maybe 2 times a year. Last week or so it was absolutely disgusting. Can't believe people buy this garbage and there's no dollar menu anymore?!? Burnt, old, dry, paper thin patties, stale buns, no ketchup/mustard, asked for extra onion, didn't get it...ordered BBQ sauce when placing the order and yet they still didn't put it in the bag. The food isn't nasty so if I were eating the food alone I'd have gave four stars. However the over all rating I feel needs to be three stars. It's always the same, the sandwiches are almost always made messy, and when I go in it's so crowded with employees that I'm unable to see around them to my fries being dropped, If they get dropped. or my food being bagged. They were quick, kind, and when we ordered a quaterpounder someone hooked us up and gave us three patties on it. That may not seem like alot but the kindness goes a long way, the same can be said about the other shifts too. There are off days but that's human my man, normally service is excellent.

Not even busy but kids will manage kids and play on their phones. Whoever the real or distinct manager is please fix this!!! Spent $23 after a 13 hour day and get this.
