I won’t be ordering from here again.

When we asked to speak with the manager, they responded, "We don’t know where our manager is!" How can you not know who your manager is? On top of everything else, we came home without any forks or utensils. At this point, if I want chicken, I think I'll just go to Popeyes, even though it’s almost an hour away. This restaurant is just not worth the trip at all.

The famous bowl I ordered was barely half full and didn't even have any corn, making its $5.99 price tag unjustifiable. The Nashville hot chicken tenders were lacking in spice, as they only had a few lines of hot sauce drizzled on top. I could have easily replicated that level of heat by just ordering regular tenders and adding my own hot sauce. To make matters worse, part of my order was incorrect. When I returned to have it fixed, the cashier was rude. I won’t be going back; both the food quality and service have evidently declined.
