We didn't receive half of our order, and the drinks we paid for with our meals never arrived. The food was cold, and the fries were undercooked. I won’t be ordering from here again.
When we went inside to inquire, we had to endure an additional 10-minute wait. When we asked to speak with the manager, they responded, "We don’t know where our manager is!" How can you not know who your manager is? On top of everything else, we came home without any forks or utensils. At this point, if I want chicken, I think I'll just go to Popeyes, even though it’s almost an hour away. This restaurant is just not worth the trip at all.
Spent $70 and almost didn't get some of the chicken and sides. And they forgot to put the big chocolate cake in the bag that I bought. Never again at that KFC.
We ordered dinner for the family and received all our meals except for one. After some time, we finally got it. When I got home, I found hair mixed into the breading, and the fries were all mushy. I've tried calling to get the food replaced, but I just keep getting voicemail every time.
