Malt Shovel Inn - Cinderford

Had an awful experience in this place. No tea coffee milk sugar in my room. No towels. The toilet seat fell off. The bed springs had gone. The bed was small and I got bit 3 times in the night. It was dirty noisy and I was supposed to get a breakfast in the price of my room. And there was no breakfast. Dirty plates piled up in the kitchen. And there was noone to be seen. The landlord said he would get me a refund. And I am still waiting after 3 weeks. The phone number and email address is invalid. I only got hold of the landlord on Facebook. Rooms: I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

The accommodation is so filthy, you will need a 'Shovel ' to get 'Inn ' and out of the place. Very disappointing. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

Blood and dirt on the sheets, cold rubbish breakfast,. No more then Luke warm water, smelt like a window had never need opened in 50 years with rotting taxidermied animals. Would never stay again! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
