The staff w... read more I was impressed with the quality of the work. They even took the time to touch up some chipped paint that wasn't related to the service I requested. The staff was friendly, and my car looked like new when they were finished, including a thorough vacuuming of the interior. However, the communication could have been better. I only received updates on the progress when I called them, and they did change the completion date several times.

Good communication is essential in any business, and my interactions with Jon, who worked on my truck, as well as the front desk staff and manager, were exceptional. I especially appreciated the status updates throughout the process. I've got a new truck again, thanks to Jon, Dave, and the entire team!
