Was Wendy Giordano at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
There was one 1 server working and bless her heart, she never showed stress and it was very busy. So the wait was a little longer than normal but the food was great. We had a party of 9 on a Saturday night. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves kudos for being such a trooper! View all feedback.
What Ken Gibson dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
After dining at this restaurant, I was reminded why I don't frequently visit comfort food spots. The food was overpriced and below average, pretending to be a fun experience. To make matters worse, my appetizer even came with an unwelcome gnat. The fact that this appetizer was charged to my bill says a lot about the establishment. No, no, no, just no. Took over 25 minutes to get drinks, waitress was absent most of the time and the food had no taste. My husbands food that was brought out was wrong and my pasta tasted like water.
The waitress provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. I would definitely return.
The management is terrible; the manager lacks both customer service and leadership skills.

During our travels, we ate at this restaurant for two consecutive nights, and the food was amazing! On our first night, we had to wait quite a while for everything, but they were clearly short-staffed, so it was understandable. The next evening, the service improved significantly, and the food remained just as delightful. We particularly loved their salad bar!
I truly love this restaurant; it was exceptional! This was my first time visiting any Ruby Tuesday, and I was thoroughly impressed. I even asked if all their locations are this good. I will definitely be checking out other Ruby Tuesdays because my experience here was fantastic. The service was outstanding, and the menu offered a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. Adding the lobster tail to my steak for just $6 was a great decision—definitely worth every penny!
During our visit, we encountered some staffing challenges, but we were seated quickly—within five minutes—between 6:30 and 7:00 PM. Later on, though, the wait extended to about 15-20 minutes. Despite these staffing issues, the service was friendly, warm, and very accommodating. Our server, Ashley, was exceptional. The salad bar, as always, was fantastic. I would definitely return.
Ruby Tuesday is making a strong effort to attract customers, and although we prefer local restaurants, we can't ignore the chains that work hard to earn our business. I recommend signing up for the diners club program, where you receive a free appetizer with your meal and a free burger on your birthday. The regular burger is $6 during happy hour, and we take advantage of monthly discounts, two-for-one deals, and happy hour specials on drinks and domestic beer for $3. The standout feature of Ruby Tuesday is their impressive salad bar.
