Was Wendy Giordano at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
There was one 1 server working and bless her heart, she never showed stress and it was very busy. So the wait was a little longer than normal but the food was great. We had a party of 9 on a Saturday night. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves kudos for being such a trooper! View all feedback.
What Ken Gibson dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
After dining at this restaurant, I was reminded why I don't frequently visit comfort food spots. The food was overpriced and below average, pretending to be a fun experience. To make matters worse, my appetizer even came with an unwelcome gnat. The fact that this appetizer was charged to my bill says a lot about the establishment. Additionally, the booth seating was uncomfortable, and I was surprised by how small the... View all feedback.

They said they were open until 10 we showed up at 8:55 and they wouldn't even approach us we stood there for about 3 minutes and then left Guess they don't need business
The host during lunch is always very nice. He goes beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome. Not something you find today in people.
My wife and I went there the other night for dinner. I ordered chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. When my order came out I received 5 two inch tenders and the mashed potatoes were cold.
Clean table needed to be wiped down. Garden bar had questionable iceberg lettuce. Service was very good!

No, no, no, just no. Took over 25 minutes to get drinks, waitress was absent most of the time and the food had no taste. My husbands food that was brought out was wrong and my pasta tasted like water.
The management is terrible; the manager lacks both customer service and leadership skills.
The waitress provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. I would definitely return.

Ruby Tuesday is making a strong effort to attract customers, and although we prefer local restaurants, we can't ignore the chains that work hard to earn our business. I recommend signing up for the diners club program, where you receive a free appetizer with your meal and a free burger on your birthday. The regular burger is $6 during happy hour, and we take advantage of monthly discounts, two-for-one deals, and happy hour specials on drinks and domestic beer for $3. The standout feature of Ruby Tuesday is their impressive salad bar.
It's pretty much always a lovely visit, but this time something about it was just so much tastier hehe. They seem to have updated the Mac and cheese recipe with a really nice cheese and it was delicious. I could rave about it on and on but in short, this has been my favorite restaurant for years and years
Love Ruby Tuesday's and can't believe locations around the country have been closing over the past several years. Please don't close this one. Just don't, OK? You literally can't beat the salad bar. I've never eaten at a restaurant that has a better salad bar and I travel for work all over the country and have eaten at nice restaurants all over. The croutons made out of pumpernickel bread are hands down the best croutons on the planet. I usually do the lunch combo which is one trip to the salad bar and two mini cheeseburgers (pretty much sliders) and fries. The burgers come with a pickle and comeback sauce that is delicious. I always get an extra side of their comeback sauce. I guess the pandemic may be to blame for locations closing because it can't be because of the food. Maybe management is to blame at locations that have closed? Whatever it is, fix it and please dont ever close this location so I can continue to get my Ruby Tuesday's fix when I'm in the area! I'll try to update my post with pictures next time for those that have been unfortunate and have never been able to eat at a Ruby Tuesday's. If your in the area, give it a try and fall in love and add this restaurant to your favorites list. Also, side note, its not in the greatest area of town but it's next to a Cracker Barrel and a Thortons gas station and in a well lit parking lot so you will be totally fine.
During our travels, we ate at this restaurant for two consecutive nights, and the food was amazing! On our first night, we had to wait quite a while for everything, but they were clearly short-staffed, so it was understandable. The next evening, the service improved significantly, and the food remained just as delightful. We particularly loved their salad bar!
