My friend ordered from here. There was a hair in her food. The manager gave her a credit. She went back in for her credit and the so called General Manger looke... read more My friend ordered from here. There was a hair in her food. The manager gave her a credit. She went back in for her credit and the so called General Manger looked for her name saw it and saw that it was written down that she had her receipt the day she got her credit. Then he turned around and told her that she needed her receipt to get her credit for free food she deserved because there was a hair in her food. The other manager wasn’t there and also failed to tell her that she needs a receipt to redeem her credit. Instead of the general manager giving her the food for free he took $1.90 off her order. That is terrible customer service. My friends, family, and I will never eat here again.
