My coffee wasn't made as requested; it was much too dark. I asked for extra ice, but I didn't receive any. The bagel was disappointing as well, though I did enjoy the hash browns. The blueberry muffin didn't meet my expectations either, but that’s more on me than them. Overall, I don't think I'll be ordering these items again. View all feedback.
I visit this place frequently, not just for the ice cream, but mainly because of the fantastic customer service! My favorites are Doug and Antonio; they truly deserve their own shops! ❤️
You can now order Baskin Robbins ice cream scoops online and enjoy a delightful selection of flavors with an array of toppings. Keep in mind that producing high-quality ice cream as a specialty shop tends to be more costly compared to selling ice cream tubs in grocery stores.
I used the drive-thru and ordered chocolate glazed donuts, but I received chocolate cake donuts instead. I was really disappointed; I should have just gone to UDF.
The food is delicious, warm, nicely packaged, and arrived promptly! However, the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich bread wasn't toasted enough—it resembled regular bread, only slightly browned on one side. I ended up eating about half of the bread and just focusing on the filling. The bread could also use some butter and seasoning, as it lacks flavor. The two eggs were quite eggy as well, if you know what I mean. Aside from that, this Dunkin' generally does a great job with their deliveries.
Everything was packed neatly in one bag. The order was accurate, and the food stayed hot thanks to the quick service and quality packaging.
