We were in town for a game at Great American Ballpark and stayed here based on proximity to the ballpark. There are many other things in .5 mile radius to do or places to eat. We were warmly greeted when we entered. Check in was quick, friendly and efficient. Our room is functional and nicely put together. The personal products are a higher quality than in most hotels. This place has a beautiful view. The flat beard was awesome. The drinks fell short at first as the bar staff wanted to do a twist on the signature AC ICED TEA. Since there are only 3 ingredients, this girl wasn't impressed. Stick to the ingredients and the customer will be happy. Additionally, the servers on the floor weren't very personable. Maddie, our waiter, was fantastic! She was incredibly sweet and friendly, always attentive and gracious. She definitely deserves a raise! The drinks and food were also excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable.
I absolutely love this restaurant! Maddy F was the best server I've ever had—she deserves a 11/10! The service was fantastic, the attention to detail was outstanding, and the drinks were incredible! The overall atmosphere of the place was just perfect!
It was truly the best! It's a hidden gem that not many people know about, but everyone seems to be raving about it. The service was fantastic—definitely a 10/10! Stay at the hotel for the motley crue world tour concert 15. juli .. came in the 14th juli. in the night before we could relax and enjoy the roof restaurant/bar. the hotel was ok, but what was even more impressive was the server on the dachbar .. her name was gabby .. when we sat there and were ignored by others. we got their attention and told her the situation and from this time to the rest of the night and we were there some hours gabby went out everything for us. So thank you for everything you have done, and you will be the reason why we will be back.
Lindsay did an amazing job! She was our server. The food was good the drinks were good. Amazing views. It was a really really really fun time. Thank you guys so much for hosting and taking such good care of us.
