We couldn't finish our holiday without eating the bread tea. Please! excellent ingredients, very abundant portions and super honest prices! also recommended are sandy potatoes. a compliment to the staff of the room: despite the room being overflowing, they served us at the speed of light as from our request, because unfortunately we had very little time.

We always return with pleasure in this typical place of ortigia. excellent food, excellent prices and super friendly staff.

Excellent food. Started with a fritto misto, and it was terrific. Tasty, not greasy, scented beautifully, crunchy, not oily. A win! Then, a pasta alla siricusana, which was also terrific. Fresh small tomatoes, with a sauce of anchovies and toasted breadcrumbs. Wow. Simple, rich, deep flavour...gorgeous scent, beautiful presentation. Also a grilled octopus in cheese sauce(? sounded toooooo strange not to try so we did. Gorgeous. Odd pairing of flavours somehow worked ; Nice house wine, terrific ambiance.....very enjoyable place.

Really cute little place, found it totally by chance. Even though it's right in the heart of Ortigia it was quiet when I walked in which was exactly what I was looking for. Staff were very polite and friendly and spoke Italian with me which I was very grateful for as I'm doing my best to practice : I had a delicious pasta with pistachio and pancetta, reasonably priced too. I'll definitely go back, 10/10 experience. Grazie mille per tutto :
