a restaurant that makes itself known! the waiters are very professional and very friendly! the dishes that we could take (ropa vieja and others) are very good and very rich! they find rest and sometimes even a good atmosphere orchestrated by local musicians! do not hesitate to try their mijoto el campesino (honey)! ikea, ikea View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about El Campesino:
Food was good but the service needs improvement. One (blonde) in particular was not nice at all and I would recommend the owners talk to her about improving her attitude. View all feedback.

Best eating in the city with very reasonable drinks! the best lamb I've ever had in all Cuba!
We had a nice dinner in el campesino. service was quickly a friendly and the price o.k for a tourist restaurant. the fish cordon bleu was gigantic and the aroz con murro very tasty. my garlic garnels were good, only not as much as the fish. was one of the best restaurants we had in the cubic.

The garlic shrimp was waaay over cooked and didn't taste like garlic at all. They do have fresh squeezed lemonade and the creole soup was good, but other entrees were overpriced and underwhelming.
