Peor restaurante que ya visite en mi vida. Lugar con una decoracion pesima y de mal gusto. Servicio de los atendentes de la mas pesima calidad, sin cortesia ninguna. Las opciones de comida bastante pobres. El agua caliente. La presentación de los platos y la calidad de la comida de las peores que ya vi. Los tragos sin calidad ofertados en cualquier tipo de vaso y sin una adecuada presentación. Los atendentes pesimosssssssssssss. En fin, mucha fama y nada que ofrecer de calidad. Super recomiendo NO VISITARLO NUNCAAAAAA. Experiencia horrible.

Service was really bad, after talking with some friends they all had bad experience. Don't know why this place has any good reviews.

Bad experience here. Took about an hour to get a regular hamburger. When they brought it, it actually had additions we didn't order. Maybe they wanted to charge us more, not sure. Just keep an eye out for that

This place is probably the best dinner you can have in cienfuegos, not only the food quality and the great service, but also the atmosphere, the prices, the portions. it's all good over 5 stars. come in at 20:00 a.m. and they are greeted by the owner personally, miss nallybe, who even tell them a little about the history of the place when they choose so. if they want to ask jose luis for a food recommendation, he never gets it wrong for everyone.
