What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut Express:
This pizza has neither cheese breadsticks nor spicy pizza. The app is terrible, and I'm not interested in ordering anything. I don't want to have to go through this process. I'm giving it just one star because that's the only way to leave a review. View all feedback.
Wasn't all that this time. Maybe because I had the taste for the cheese crust pizza. They wanted $25 dollars for it but I was able to get two regular pizzas for 25. I got the pizzas cold but the kids didn't complain.
I can 't believe how Bad pizza hut has become I love them so much, pizza hut at target had 1 employee on her break for 45 minutes so I went across the street to the other pizza at 2828 s. 17th ave but I called before I got there to place my order and was put on hold I was on hold so long I said to myself, "I 'll keep on hold and drive over there, I get there I see the only employee that put me on hold sitting down eating wings she says she 's the only 1 there.I don 't know who fault it is? her or pizza hut she could of just told me she was eating right now to call back later, or pizza hut could hire more employees, or maybe this is how pizza hut is on a Tuesday and doesn 't like money?

I got the dinner box in the pizza so I wasn't even cooked all the way it was still raw in the inside. We had to throw it in the oven. this is my last time ordering from Pizza Hut
If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was terrible. I ordered online for pickup and ended up waiting for my order. I received a call stating that my order would be brought to me immediately, but that never happened. I had to wait for 15 minutes. Additionally, I didn’t receive the extra topping I paid for, and to top it off, there was a long strand of hair in the boneless wings. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she seemed indifferent. Naturally, I had to throw the food away as I had lost my appetite. I tried to reach out to the manager again and waited for 8 minutes on the line, but her responses were very unprofessional. She could have handled the situation better instead of giving me brief answers and directing the conversation about me. This entire experience was disappointing and not worth the money. I hope I am able to get a credit applied to my account.
