Little Caesars Pizza - Cicero

I come in the door, and the young Hispanic girl is on her phone with her back turned. I stood there for about 5-10seconds thinking maybe she’ll acknowledge me. I said “excuse me”, she turn around like I interrupted her and she’s not at work.

This time was a better experience. It’s very small so it is crowded with ppl. But today service was good and they were on it. I’m not a fan of pepperoni but there’s for some reason I am.

Employees lack common sense and customer service. They’re rude to elderly customers and never load the portal. So if you order online to avoid waiting at the store you completely wasted your time. You will still have to wait once you get there. They also stack 2+ pizzas but make you wait for 1 . They don’t follow the first in first out method that would ensure customers receive hot and ready pizzas as they famously claim.

I ordered only.. one pizza wasn't ready. So after 25 minutes they give one hot and the oder one cold. The staff was rude and always walk away

The wait time keeps getting longer and longer. Now you have to pay for extra condiments.
