Unfortunately, I was told they could... read more I called at 7:40 to order an 8-piece meal with extra crispy chicken, offering to pay extra for three breasts and five legs. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn’t accommodate my request since they were closing in an hour and a half and wouldn’t be making any extra crispy chicken. Even after explaining that I was calling ahead to check if they could help me, the answer was still no. I then reached out to the KFC on 7th North St., and they told me it was no problem at all. Now, I'm sitting here waiting for the freshly prepared extra crispy chicken they promised. I will never return to the Cicero KFC again!

I drove back another 15 minutes to request a fresh order since everything was cold, but they refused and blamed me for bringing the order back. The manager was very rude and made a simple issue worse instead of resolving it. They need to stop hiring employees who lack standards for themselves and the business.
