I drove back another 15 minutes to request a fresh order since everything was cold, but they refused and blamed me for bringing the order back. The manager was very rude and made a simple issue worse instead of resolving it. They need to stop hiring employees who lack standards for themselves and the business.

However, the spicy chicken lacked the expected heat and could have been better to meet my expectations.

Unfortunately, I was told they couldn’t accommodate my request since they were closing in an hour and a half and wouldn’t be making any extra crispy chicken. Even after explaining that I was calling ahead to check if they could help me, the answer was still no. I then reached out to the KFC on 7th North St., and they told me it was no problem at all. Now, I'm sitting here waiting for the freshly prepared extra crispy chicken they promised. I will never return to the Cicero KFC again!

There's more to the story, but the key point is that she made a big deal out of the sides, and in the end, I still didn't receive them. This restaurant had a reputation for its attention to detail and customer service, so it was really disappointing to find that I missed out on the macaroni and cheese and four biscuits, especially since they were clearly listed on the receipt. Additionally, there was no line behind us, so there was no rush. With so many other options for fried chicken in town, I would recommend trying somewhere else. As a follow-up, I received a $10 voucher from KFC, but honestly, I would have preferred a refund so I wouldn't have to return!
