I'm not one to write reviews and even though this particular KFC makes excellent food, their customer service sucks horribly bad. Even though I called ahead of time they still got my order wrong I had to wait almost a half an hour after I arrived to pick up my order. View all feedback.

I'm not one to write reviews and even though this particular KFC makes excellent food, their customer service sucks horribly bad. Even though I called ahead of time they still got my order wrong I had to wait almost a half an hour after I arrived to pick up my order.
No one was up front when I walked in. I had to wait for a bit. Then this woman emerged from the back with a little kid following her. She then took my order. The food quality is not how I remembered it to be. Sorry but I won't be eating there again.
Ordered on line. When I got home part if my order was missing. Tried to call several times and no answer
I called the restaurant multiple times and they never once picked up, horrible customer service.
