After placing my order with a small request that went unfulfilled (less ice) in my drink the reluctance of staff to see it fixed after I made note of it came in my hero of day (Lupita) she questioned my order evaluated the request asked what I wanted and then said don't worry I know how to fix this for you. She emerged with a smile on her face, a new drink in her hand and well wishes to my day. Thank you for your help patience and great customer service.
