Dunkin' - Cicero

THE best Dunkin I have gone to in the entire U.S. always friendly employees, never rude, will do anything to help. My whole family?s favorite Dunkin! And there a lot other in our area and nothing beats the costumer service, the quality and the taste ofthe food!

A few years ago, I visited this restaurant in the city and had a fantastic experience with the service. However, during my recent visit, I decided to have a coffee. When the server took my order, I noticed cockroaches crawling on the donuts behind her. I chose not to mention it to the server, as I didn't want to place blame on her. Instead, I took my coffee and left, deciding to discard it rather than make a scene that might embarrass the staff. I understand that local establishments can face challenges due to issues caused by poor management, and I suspect that might be the case here. I truly hope they address this problem properly, but I doubt I will return as a customer.

Only dunkin that ever asked me how much sugar..just make it like all other dunkins

This location is better than the other location that is real dunkin donuts restaurant.

I come here every morning before work to get a large or medium caramel latte, and their service is fantastic. All the employees are very nice and the coffee is very good! Highly recommend! Fast service, I’m always in and out.
