I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru and then spent another 3 minutes at the menu screen without anyone taking my order. When I finally approached the window, I was told they couldn't take my order because "there is a line," despite the fact that I had just been in that line. This experience showcased a lack of customer service. To the management, I urge you to enhance your customer service and take your customers' convenience into account.
I inadvertently placed two orders through the Dunkin’ app, so I went in hoping to get some assistance. However, the young woman at the register was incredibly rude. She curtly told me no and added, “I’m just an employee here.” I couldn’t believe what I heard and asked her to repeat herself, to which she loudly reiterated, “I said I’m just an employee here!” Excuse me, but isn't assisting customers part of your job? Feeling frustrated, I requested to speak with her manager, not realizing he was standing right next to her. He simply replied, “I am...”
