But nothing on... read more This food was good the first time I went. I guess they’re already closing down? They had a sign on the door yesterday that it was their last day. But nothing on their social media indicates that.Anyways, the customer service was always bad. Rude and acted like we were a nuisance for being customers. The food was good the first time but it has become incredibly bland/nasty and it’s so overpriced. $35 for 2 incredibly small pizzas. One didn’t have any sauce at all, didn’t feel like going back to complain the already rude cashier. Boyfriend got ice cream for us, for $9 they didn’t even fill up the pint. Couldn’t make and floats, almost all ice cream flavors our out every time, bar never has a bartender. Really tried to like this place, it had great potential but such poor execution. Not to mention they’re in the middle of nowhere.

I got several coupons for fr... read more This place straight up SCAMMED me in the most condescending way possible after driving my entire family 45 minutes out to eat here. I got several coupons for free ice cream flights from a social media contest that they ran on their personal Instagram. The coupons very specificly say One coupon per person per visit . We had 5 coupons and 5 people and visited two weeks before their expiration. They told me that they changed the rules and that they are now only accepting 1 coupon per GROUP per visit. They wouldn 't apply them separately, even if we split up the order. They basically used tons of people for their social media following to give away scam coupons that they can apparently just change the rules for, even though the rules are clearly printed on the coupons themselves. If they wanted to change the rules they should have done it for new coupons moving forward and after the expiration of the old ones. The employee there was extremely condescending about it and gaslit us about it to try and make us feel like we were in the wrong. He didn 't even look at the coupon. We were going to order 5 pizzas on top of using these coupons, but were treated so disgustingly that we just left and ate next door instead. I 'll definitely be posting this on my social as well.

Upon walking in he ignores us, after we get his attention he blows us off, and once we finally helped by him he had terrible customer service skills and did not give us the time of day. It's a far drive to get to and with that kind of service I wouldn't recommend it. We ended up eating elsewhere because of the terrible service.

First the lady at the register didn't put my order in correctly, second I put in the order that she didn't hear and they completely forgot about the order, and... read more First the lady at the register didn't put my order in correctly, second I put in the order that she didn't hear and they completely forgot about the order, and third I asked for a refund and forget about the ice cream I ordered and nobody knew how to operate the machine to issue me a refund. I talked to the shift lead which she refused to give out her name but had a nose and lip piercing with a neck tattoo, I told her all the issues I had in a calm manner and she had the nerve to tell me that I was disrespectful. An employee Thomas was doing everything in his power to make things right to us by offering us free ice cream out of his own pocket. Thomas was doing everything he could as well to settle some hostility between the shift lead woman and my husband. The shift lead was very defensive, rude and said if she had more difficult customers than us that she would fight them. So definitely the worst experience I've ever had somewhere but Thomas is amazing and would be a valuable asset to management
