First the lady at the register didn't put my order in correctly, second I put in the order that she didn't hear and they completely forgot about the order, and... read more First the lady at the register didn't put my order in correctly, second I put in the order that she didn't hear and they completely forgot about the order, and third I asked for a refund and forget about the ice cream I ordered and nobody knew how to operate the machine to issue me a refund. I talked to the shift lead which she refused to give out her name but had a nose and lip piercing with a neck tattoo, I told her all the issues I had in a calm manner and she had the nerve to tell me that I was disrespectful. An employee Thomas was doing everything in his power to make things right to us by offering us free ice cream out of his own pocket. Thomas was doing everything he could as well to settle some hostility between the shift lead woman and my husband. The shift lead was very defensive, rude and said if she had more difficult customers than us that she would fight them. So definitely the worst experience I've ever had somewhere but Thomas is amazing and would be a valuable asset to management

One of the partners... read more We enjoyed lunch here last Friday. We arrived just as they were opening, so it was quiet and peaceful. The service was prompt and excellent. One of the partners came by to ensure we were satisfied. He was also gracious enough to answer some of our questions.The food was full of great flavor. The crust on the pies was fluffy and cooked to perfection. The marina sauce is full of flavor.Give it a try!
